This program is specifically designed for end users that wish to receive support directly from Secure Computing. The end user receives a Support ID that allows access to 24 x 7 ‘Live Answer’ telephone support.

Also included is the option of web-based ticketing; 24 x 7 web-based knowledge base; 24 x 7 web-based access to trouble tickets; regular patch notifications via e-mail; and software version upgrades free of charge, provided the appliance model, software or legacy hardware version is not in EOL or other limited release status.
